Facility Administrator / Mailroom

360 Facility Management is a boutique FM provider. We require an exceptional Facilities Administrator / Mailroom clerk for a new client contract. Reporting to the Facilities Manager – Australia and New Zealand, the role assists in the mailroom function as well as the covering of Reception during breaks ie: Lunch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reception coverage
  • Incoming and outgoing mail and couriers (Local, National, International)
  • Newspaper Deliveries
  • Internal Mail run (delivery and collection)
  • Management of Printer Toner (replacement, replenishment, recycling)
  • Bulk Mail outs (including insertions)
  • General Administration – Invoice coding, processing and reconciliation

Candidates with a corporate services / mailroom background will be strongly considered, as excellent administration and communication skills (both written and verbal) are high on our list of priorities.

You should possess:

  • A high level of customer service and client focus
  • Mailroom, reception and general corporate office experience
  • A good knowledge and understanding of corporate office facilities services
  • Excel and SAP desirable
  • Be self-motivated and be happy to work as part of a team
