360FM has completed its National roll out with the opening offices in all Australian Capital cities . This is in response to our client’s service requirements and allows us to replicate our existing high level of service on a National basis; with the focus remaining on local service delivery. Our Maintenance Co-ordinator – Deborah Mears remains the contact for all service requests across all trades. This allows us to “keep it simple” and provide the “360FM experience” on a National basis.
Vista Print: 360FM was recommended to Vista Print for a combination of our experience within Vista’s building; our reputation for quality and our ability to deliver the project within a tight timeframe.
360FM staff worked very closely with the Vista Print team to ensure their vision for the new Office layout was not only achieved but was completed within the agreed time frame of 5 working days. The fit out required for the photocopying & Storage room to be converted into a mini call centre housing 5 team members each with their own station. The main office area, originally housing 2 workstations were disposed and new configuration of a 6 man workstation set up was installed. In addition a corner workstation was manufactured and Installed into the main office area. The works were completed with minimal disruption to the Vista Print team.
August 2011 saw 360FM open an office in Melbourne as we believe that there is an opportunity to provide and alternate supplier to the established Facility Maintenance businesses. Our focus is on service delivery backed by strong standards of operational ethics, knowledge and skill.
The team is headed by Carsten Naruhn who has an impressive background in Facility Maintenance in both the commercial and hospitality industries.
With over 5 years experience within 5 Star hotels and blue chip commercial clients, Carsten has a comprehensive knowledge of the high level of service required by such clients.

Deborah has extensive experience in leading and managing large numbers of technicians across many industries, and has extensive experience in commercial and retail and industrial markets.
