CM3 Prequalification

360FM’s commitment to safety for our employees and our clients’ is underlined by our successful CM3 prequalification

CM3 addresses the need for both contractors; and the organisations they conduct work for to demonstrate contractor health and safety management capabilities, along with providing assistance for organisations to better manage their contractors around health and safety requirements.

The prequalification highlights 360FM’s continuous improvement processes with regards to Safety Management.

National Coverage, Local Focus

360FM has completed its National roll out with the opening offices in all Australian Capital cities . This is in response to our client’s service requirements and allows us to replicate our existing high level of service on a National basis; with the focus remaining on local service delivery. Our Maintenance Co-ordinator – remains the contact for all service requests across all trades. This allows us to “keep it simple” and provide the “360FM experience” on a National basis.

Featured Project

Vista Print: 360FM was recommended to Vista Print for a combination of our experience within Vista’s building; our reputation for quality and our ability to deliver the project within a tight timeframe.

360FM staff worked very closely with the Vista Print team to ensure their vision for the new Office layout was not only achieved but was completed within the agreed time frame of 5 working days.
The fit out required for the photocopying & Storage room to be converted into a mini call centre housing 5 team members each with their own station. The main office area, originally housing 2 workstations were disposed and new configuration of a 6 man workstation set up was installed. In addition a corner workstation was manufactured and Installed into the main office area. The works were completed with minimal disruption to the Vista Print team.

Opening of Melbourne Office

August 2011 saw 360FM open an office in Melbourne as we believe that there is an opportunity to provide and alternate supplier to the established Facility Maintenance businesses. Our focus is on service delivery backed by strong standards of operational ethics, knowledge and skill.

The team is now headed by Mark Abenoja. Mark is a qualified Joiner who completed his apprenticeship with Schiavello in April 2013.

With over 5 years experience within blue chip commercial clients, Mark has a comprehensive knowledge of the high level of service required by such clients.

“Mark is someone we have taken some time to source as he has the skills, knowledge and customer focus that will enable him to be a real asset to our business. He will allow us to broaden our established reputation into the Melbourne market by providing clients with a different approach to commercial maintenance” Gary O’Bryan, Managing Director, 360 Facility Management

His remit is to replicate our reputation in NSW and offer clients a professional, thorough and consultative approach.

Mark’s employment is an indication of 360FM’s commitment to the Melbourne market and more importantly its focus commercial property maintenance. 360FM has been providing Facility Management and Maintenance Solutions the last 14 years with local and national clients.

360FM was established in 2007 and has in a short time established an enviable reputation in the highly competitive facility maintenance industry. The company enjoys many long term and successful relationships with a number of varied market leaders from many industries.
Each of its team members are longstanding professionals from a variety of industries and have a combined total of almost 150 years trades and customer service experience.

Upgraded Fleet

Our Maintenance Technicians have been upgraded to the latest Toyota Hiace Vans which have been suitably fitted out to make their job easier. Look out for the white vans in (Sydney and Melbourne) with the 360FM signage.
